Options Calculator Definition
Options Type - Select call to use it as a call option calculator or put to use it as a put option calculator.
Stock Symbol - The stock symbol that you purchased your options contract with. This is an optional field.
Option Price Paid per Contract - How much did you pay for the options for each contract.
# Of Contracts - How many options contract did you buy. Each contract is for 100 shares, so your total number of shares
will be 100 times each contract.
Strike Price/Exercise Price - The set price at which the stock can be bought or sold when the option contract is exercised.
Current Stock Price - What is the stock price now? We use the current stock price to determine whether or not you are making a profit.
Options Status - Your options can be in three states, in the money, out of the money or at the money.
Total Costs - Your total costs or investments that you paid for the option contracts.
Current stock value - How much is the stocks worth right now for the contract.
Strike price value - How much is the strike price worth right now.
Profit or Loss - How much profit are you up or down. You will also get the ROI in percentage if you make a profit on your options trade.
